Princess Package - "Day of" Coordination*

Prices start at $1100

Our team will:

Give an initial consultation with bride and groom
Provide a list of reputable wedding vendors in Hawaii
Prepare wedding day itinerary
Meet with bride and groom to collect all wedding necessities manage all final and last minute arrangements
Confirm all vendors for wedding day
Distribute checks and gratuities to all vendors on the wedding day
Attend, oversee, and direct the wedding ceremony and reception
Unlimited phone and email correspondence
Up to 10 hours of service on wedding day

* Wedding rehearsal services available for an additional $250

Radiant Package – Partial Wedding Planning Services*

Prices start at $1800

Includes the Princess Package plus we'll:

Finding and booking suitable vendors for:
- Hair & Makeup
- Photography
- Hotel/Catering
- Transportation
- Centerpieces & Favors
- Videography
- Music
- Wedding Cake
- Florist
- DJ
- Attire
- Invitations & Printed Material
Review vendors’ contracts and coordinate with them
Provide marriage license information
Prepare rehearsal and wedding day itinerary
Attend, oversee, and direct the wedding ceremony and reception

Diamond Package – Complete Wedding Planning Services*

Prices start at $2500

Includes the Radiant Package plus we'll:

Prepare a budget
Assist with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
Assist with selecting and booking of officiant
Assist with rehearsal dinner
Attend vendor appointments
Develop event décor and theme development
Assist with favors, gift registry, and decorations
Track RSVPs
Assist in planning wedding ceremony and reception

* Prices are dependent on the number of guests and location of ceremony and reception. Weddings booked less than three months in advance may include additional fees.
